Cocoon uses third party subprocessors to provide infrastructure services, and to help provide customer support and email notifications. Cocoon requires its subprocessors to satisfy obligations that are equivalent to those required from Cocoon, as outlined in Cocoon's Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Prior to engaging any third party subprocessor, Cocoon performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security, and confidentiality practices. This site provides information about Cocoon’s subprocessors including their purpose, address, and security practices.
