How does Cocoon’s pricing work?

Cocoon charges an upfront annual per employee per year fee based on company size plus a one-time implementation fee, giving employers transparency and predictability into their annual costs. All leave types are included in Cocoon’s standard pricing. Check out our pricing page for more details. 

What is the ROI of Cocoon?

When employees don’t file for all the benefits they’re owed from their state and/or private insurance, employers that offer a fully paid policy end up paying more to keep an employee’s salary at 100%. What geographies does Cocoon support?

Cocoon currently supports US leaves in all 50 states and Washington D.C. Cocoon has preferred partnerships with Canadian leave providers for employees in Canada, but does not support leaves outside the US at this time.

How long does it take to implement Cocoon?

Employers can be live with Cocoon in 4-6 weeks. The Cocoon Customer Success team will guide you through key implementation steps of account configuration, inputting your federal and state coverage, and setting up your census and payroll.

What HRIS integrations does Cocoon offer?

Cocoon has integrations live with Workday, ADP (Workforce Now and TotalSource), Gusto, BambooHR, Zenefits, Dayforce, Namely, UKG, HiBob, Paylocity, and Justworks to automatically pull census information into Cocoon. We are actively working on launching several more in the coming months.
