What data does Cocoon collect through these integrations?

Cocoon will collect only the employee information that we need for key leave functions we perform, such as calculating eligibility or pre-populating claims forms. This information includes things like address, tenure, and salary information.

Is there a price for these integrations?

Cocoon does not charge anything additional for our integrations. Certain HRIS providers, however, may have their own fees associated with the setup.

How long does implementation take?

Implementation is simple and typically takes anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes depending on your provider. The Cocoon team will share detailed instructions and walk you through the process.

Can Cocoon push any data back to our HRIS or payroll system?

This is not something we currently provide, but Cocoon is actively working toward building that functionality in the coming months.
